About Us
Letting Our Lives Do The Singing!
Since 2001, our award-winning chapter (NHAA President's Award Recipient: 2007-2008, 2010-2013) has been representing our “Home By The Sea” through community service, fundraising, and having fun and fellowship with our fellow Hamptonians throughout the metropolitan Washington. DC area (DMV). We help continuing students by awarding academic scholarships and additional support as needed.
We welcome you to join our diverse membership that includes a variety of disciplines of study and graduates spanning from the Emeritus classes to those who have recently graduated. Our meetings take place September – May (corresponding to the HIU academic calendar) on the 4th Saturday of the month (excluding holidays). Check our Events page for additional activities.
